Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized HR and Admin Officer to join our team at the Braxtone Group. As a key member of our human resources department, you will be responsible for managing employee records, coordinating training programs, and maintaining accurate attendance records. Key Responsibilities

• Manage employee records, including leave and attendance records.
• Coordinate training programs and development initiatives.
• Oversee the preparation and management of employment contracts, visa processes, and renewals.
• Foster a positive and inclusive work environment by organizing employee engagement activities and events.
• Prepare HR reports and metrics for senior management.

Requirements

• A BS degree in Business Administration or related field is required.
• Experience in administration and/or HR-related works is essential.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills are necessary for effective stakeholder engagement.
• Ability to analyze and solve problems is crucial in this role.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality is a must.
• Proficiency in database management, word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation software is required.
