Nurse Assistant Job Opportunity

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our healthcare team as a Nurse Assistant. This is a full-time position that requires a high level of support for registered nurses and other healthcare professionals in caring for patients.

• Assist registered nurses in providing basic care to patients, including dressing wounds and administering medication.
• Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the nursing team.
• Support patients with daily activities, including bathing, grooming, and feeding.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Ensure a clean and safe environment for patients by following infection control protocols.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Previous experience in healthcare is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment are essential.
• A compassionate, empathetic, and patient-focused approach to care is necessary.
• The willingness to learn new skills and take direction from supervising nurses is also required.

• This is a full-time position with flexible hours.
• The role may require working weekends or holidays depending on the needs of the facility.
