Cocktail Connoisseur

We are seeking a talented Cocktail Connoisseur to join our Food and Beverage Team at Jumeirah Gulf of Bahrain. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests, while showcasing your expertise in mixology.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a wide range of cocktails, beers, and wines, adhering to our high standards of quality and presentation.
• Upsell and recommend beverage options, taking into account guest preferences and dietary requirements.
• Collaborate with colleagues to maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization within the bar area.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a bartender in a high-end environment.
• Strong knowledge of spirits, beers, and wines, with the ability to recommend pairings and enhancements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
