Job Overview
We're seeking a skilled Organizational Development Specialist to oversee our organizational training strategy for operations teams. This role involves identifying training needs and assessing their impact. The ideal candidate will enhance team skills, performance, productivity, and quality of work by designing and implementing effective training initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Planning and Coordination:

  • Coordinate the training schedule and calendar with trainers.
  • Collaborate with trainers, subject matter experts, and stakeholders to ensure availability and alignment with training objectives and projects.
  • Work closely with HR to update the onboarding and planned calendar for all team members.
  • Responsible for maintaining accurate records of completed training sessions.

Participant Management:

  • Ensure new joiners follow the training schedule as per the training calendar.
  • Update and assist trainers in quiz and survey links and coordinate with the Training Team.
  • Attend all meetings related to training topics.
  • Conduct knowledge assessments during probation or as needed.
  • Conduct quarterly knowledge assessments for junior team members.
  • Assist in train-the-trainer sessions with other stakeholders.

Administrative Tasks:

  • Design and prepare training tools like curriculum, SOPs, and presentations.
  • Prepare training materials such as session slides, quizzes, and surveys for trainers.
  • Compile training-related documentation such as agendas, handouts, and certificates.
  • Handle post-training tasks such as compiling feedback from participants and trainers.
  • Update profiles and training progress for each team member on the Digital Passport.

Communication:

  • Coordinate with the Training Manager and stakeholders to align with organizational goals and training needs.
  • Collaborate with HR to ensure new joiners are encoded on the system.
  • Collaborate with Training Managers, Operations Teams, and Cross-Functional Teams on other SOPs.
  • Serve as a liaison between trainers, trainees, and other stakeholders.

Evaluation and Reporting:

  • Assist in identifying training needs and gaps within operations.
  • Collect feedback from trainees and trainers to evaluate training effectiveness.
  • Analyze training data and prepare reports on key metrics such as participant satisfaction, learning outcomes, and training impact.
  • Make recommendations for improvements based on evaluation results.

Monitoring and Tracking:

  • Monitor and update training progress in the implementation plan.
  • Assist in creating training visuals such as PowerPoint presentations.
  • Regularly check updates for operational-related SOPs and schedule a document audit if needed.
  • Control, organize, and store all training passports.
  • Record completed training sessions by stamping and stickering each team member's passport.
