National Head of Financial Operations

As a Senior Financial Manager, you will oversee the financial operations of a regional office or country office. This involves providing support to the Resources Management Unit in managing financial transactions and maintaining financial records using an enterprise resource planning system.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor budget versus actual financials for operational activities
- Review payroll projectization results and validity checks on monthly expenses
- Manage cash handling procedures and ensure safe custody of available funds
- Organize and maintain financial documentation and records
- Approve travel authorizations and expense claims for computation and reimbursement
- Provide guidance on accounting policies and procedures
- Manage office assets and update inventory reports
- Oversee procurement activities including quotations and evaluations
A university degree in accounting, commerce, or business administration with four years of professional experience is required. A high school diploma with six years of relevant experience may be considered. Professional certifications such as Chartered Accountant (CA) or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) are advantageous.
