Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned Cybersecurity Strategy Director to join our team at Stc Bahrain. This is an exceptional opportunity for a highly motivated and experienced professional to drive the development and execution of our cybersecurity strategy.

About the Role:

The Cybersecurity Strategy Director will be responsible for leading the implementation of strategic initiatives, products, and plans in alignment with the Business Products & Solutions department's business plan and strategy. You will lead improvement initiatives to deliver customized solutions that contribute to growth, increase sales, and revenue across the Business sector.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Execute Strategic Plans: Contribute to the development and execution of the Business Products & Solutions department's strategy and objectives to support growth in the Business sector.
  • Lead Cybersecurity Services Implementation: Lead the implementation of Cybersecurity Services plans, including the development and activation of required products and services (including bundled services) to support the defined strategy by stc BH.
  • Oversee Security Operating Centre Activities: Oversee the Security Operating Centre activities to safeguard its adherence to SLAs and quality standards.
  • Liaise with Stakeholders: Collaborate with internal stakeholders and business units to stay well-informed of planned changes to technologies, working practices, and business activities that could impact stc BH's cybersecurity or risk profile.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in cybersecurity strategy, leadership, and management.
  • Strong knowledge of cybersecurity trends, threats, and industry best practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
