Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee construction activities and personnel associated with pipeline operations.
  • Conduct regular site meetings and toolbox talks to ensure clear communication and adherence to safety protocols.
  • Monitor daily construction progress to guarantee compliance with project specifications, procedures, and objectives related to safety, quality, productivity, and schedule.
  • Evaluate and improve construction processes, project procedures, and instructions within assigned operations.
  • Develop and maintain accurate reports on construction progress, job manpower forecasts, and other relevant data.
Technical Expertise:
  • Familiarity with PTW (Permit-to-Work) system and ability to arrange work permits as required.
  • Knowledge of ROW grading requirements and ability to ensure that grading activities are performed according to pipe profile specifications.
  • Understanding of stringing of pipes, cold bending, trenching/pre-padding, field joint coating, and pipe lowering procedures.
  • Awareness of CP cable connection points repair requirements.
Requirements:
  • 6+ years of direct hire construction experience in pipeline site operations with an international oil & gas EPC company or subcontractors.
  • Preference given to candidates with experience working in CIS/FSU, Middle East, and/or North Africa regions.
  • Prior experience working with a diverse international workforce is desirable.
