Senior Interior Design Specialist

This role is focused on the creation of interior spaces that evoke emotions, create connections, and breathe life into areas.
As a visionary designer, you will transform environments by combining creativity with functional designs. The ideal candidate for this position will have a strong understanding of brand identity and its translation into physical spaces.
Main Responsibilities- Create interior concepts for new retail locations and pop-up stores
- Translate brand identity into physical space through layout, materials, lighting, and seating
- Develop detailed floor plans, mood boards, 3D renders, and technical drawings
- Collaborate with the retail team and contractors to execute projects from concept to completion
- Maintain quality and brand consistency throughout the project lifecycle
- Ensure compliance with safety, building codes, and standards
- Prepare presentations for internal approvals and stakeholder alignment
In order to succeed in this position, candidates must have:
- Bachelor's degree in interior design or a related field
- 5-8 years of experience in retail interior design
The successful candidate will possess the following skills and knowledge:
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, Revit, or other 3D software
- Strong understanding of design concepts, color theory, and typography
- Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic
