Key Responsibilities

  • Pattern Interpretation: Interpret and follow suit patterns to ensure precise cutting.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that fabric is cut with precision and attention to detail to maintain high-quality standards.
  • Equipment Operation: Operate cutting equipment such as rotary cutters, fabric shears, and automated cutting machines safely and efficiently.
  • Measurement: Take precise measurements to ensure accurate cutting and fit.
  • Material Handling: Handle fabric rolls and materials with care to prevent damage and maintain cleanliness.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with designers, tailors, and other team members to ensure the successful completion of projects.
  • Inventory Management: Keep track of fabric inventory and report any shortages or discrepancies.
  • Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance on cutting equipment to ensure proper functioning.
