About the Role

We are seeking a talented and experienced Female Barista who is also skilled as a Waitress to join our vibrant team. This dual role is perfect for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and is committed to excellence.

Main Responsibilities

As our Barista & Waitress, you will deliver premium coffee experiences and provide exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing and serving high-quality coffee drinks with attention to detail and presentation.
• Providing friendly and attentive service to guests, ensuring every visit is enjoyable and memorable.
• Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• A minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a barista and/or waitress in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of coffee-making techniques, including espresso and latte art.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly and team-oriented approach.
• The ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Prior experience in Dubai or knowledge of the local dining scene is a plus.
