Job Summary:
The HR Generalist plays a pivotal role in delivering comprehensive HR services. As a key member of the HR team, this professional is responsible for supporting various HR functions, including employee relations, onboarding, policy implementation, training, performance management, and HRIS.
Key Responsibilities:
Employee Relations:
• Serve as a primary point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns.
• Investigate and resolve employee relations issues, conflicts, and complaints.
• Conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback to identify areas for improvement.
Recruitment and Onboarding:
• Coordinate new employee onboarding and orientation processes.
• Liaise with government bodies to obtain necessary work permits, approvals, and certifications.
• Manage employee databases and HR information systems.
Performance Management:
• Assist with performance appraisal processes and provide guidance to managers and employees on performance improvement plans.
Training and Development:
• Identify training needs and coordinate with the Learning and Development team to develop and implement training programs.
HR Administration:
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and data.
• Prepare and present HR reports and analyses to support informed decision-making.
• Assist with HR projects and initiatives, ensuring compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations.
Requirements:
A university degree in any discipline or a Bachelor's degree in HR Management or an equivalent field of study is required. A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in HR or a related field is preferred.
