The Client Of Kaavi Recruitment Consultancy is seeking a skilled Hotel Maintenance and Energy Manager to oversee the maintenance and repair of the hotel's machinery, equipment, electrical systems, plumbing, heating, and air conditioning.
Responsibilities
* Schedule regular checks and preventive maintenance for systems to ensure they function smoothly and efficiently.
* Handle emergency repairs and situations promptly, minimizing downtime and ensuring guest satisfaction.
* Supervise the engineering team, assign tasks, and ensure timely completion, promoting a culture of collaboration and accountability.
* Implement energy-saving measures and suggest ways to improve energy efficiency, reducing the hotel's environmental footprint and costs.
* Ensure the hotel complies with regulations related to building codes, safety standards, and industry best practices.
Requirements
* Proven experience in hotel maintenance and management, with a focus on energy efficiency and sustainability.
* Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems, as well as relevant regulatory requirements.
