We are seeking a seasoned HubSpot expert to lead our CRM strategy and drive business growth through data-driven insights.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in managing complex CRM systems, with a proven track record of implementing workflows, reporting, and integrations that deliver tangible results. Key responsibilities include:

  • Optimizing the CRM system to align with business objectives and stakeholder needs
  • Maintaining data accuracy through regular cleansing and validation processes
  • Monitoring system performance, managing updates, and addressing bugs to ensure a seamless user experience

Dashboard Creation and Reporting

  • Designing and building dashboards that provide actionable insights for all stakeholders
  • Ensuring data and reporting consistency across teams, enabling informed decision-making

Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Collaborating with marketing, sales, and executive management to ensure teams use the CRM effectively and adhere to best practices
  • Gathering feedback from stakeholders to identify system improvements and training needs

Training and Support

  • Developing and delivering training programs to upskill teams on HubSpot functionalities
  • Providing ongoing support to users, fostering adoption and addressing challenges

Integration Management

  • Leading the integration of HubSpot with financial tools, creating a centralized source of truth for reporting
  • Collaborating with IT and finance teams to streamline data flow and ensure alignment with business goals

Proactive System Enhancement

  • Identifying opportunities to enhance workflows and automation within HubSpot
  • Staying updated on HubSpot's latest features and updates, implementing relevant advancements to benefit the business

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Extensive experience managing HubSpot CRM, including advanced workflows, reporting, and integrations
  • Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and navigate cross-functional collaboration
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to create insightful dashboards and reports
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail in maintaining data accuracy
  • Experience with CRM integrations, particularly with financial systems, is a strong advantage
  • Excellent communication and training delivery skills to engage users at all levels of the organization
  • Proactive self-starter with the ability to identify and implement process improvements
