Job Overview

This role involves promoting medical products and services to customers, discovering new sales opportunities, negotiating contracts, and maintaining customer satisfaction.

The incumbent will be responsible for conducting market research, analyzing trends, and planning product releases.

They will establish relationships with new customers, provide product demonstrations, and negotiate contracts.

Maintaining technical knowledge by attending educational workshops and reviewing professional publications is also essential.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research to identify new potential customers and analyze market trends.
  • Plan and assist with new product releases and events.
  • Establish contact with new customers to inform them of our products and understand their needs.
  • Provide potential customers with support, information, and guidance by performing product demonstrations and gathering their feedback.
  • Negotiate contracts and packages with existing customers.
  • Recommend new products to existing customers as per their needs and provide them with support, information, and guidance to ensure a great relationship.
  • Assist customers in answering all product-related questions in a professional and timely manner.
  • Recommend new service improvements to further build on the relationship.

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree

Experience: 2+ years of relevant experience within the sports medicine/ortho field/orthopedic reconstruction & trauma.

Experience relevant to the field in the Bahrain market is preferred.

Job Specific Skills:

Good communication & English language skills, MS Office skills, good presentation & negotiation skills, client relationship building skills.

Candidates are preferred to be based in Bahrain and willing to move onto company visa. Should be willing to travel as per business needs.
