Drama and Music Instructor

About the Position

We are seeking a qualified and enthusiastic Drama and Music Instructor to join our teaching team. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality lessons to students in music and drama.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Teach music and drama classes to students using the SABIS curriculum and philosophy, adapting your teaching style to meet the needs of your class.
2. Mark exams and assessments related to music and drama, providing constructive feedback to students.
3. Discuss student performance and disciplinary issues with colleagues and school leaders, working together to find solutions.
4. Implement the SABIS Point System to create a positive and productive learning environment.
5. Proctor exams and tests, ensuring that students have a fair and supportive assessment experience.
6. Support students who are struggling academically, providing guidance and motivation to help them improve.
7. Aid in the organization of school events and activities, contributing to a positive and inclusive school culture.
8. Attend training sessions and workshops to enhance your skills and knowledge, staying up-to-date with best practices in music and drama education.

Ideal Requirements:

1. Bachelor's Degree in Music, Drama, or a related field.
2. English Proficiency.
3. 1+ years of teaching experience.
4. Professional behavior and ethical conduct.
