Job Responsibilities

The Sales Executive will be responsible for:

  • Executing monthly and quarterly sales-related activities to achieve sales and collection targets.
  • Maintaining a healthy customer relationship in trade to sustain business.
  • Analyzing market trends and customer feedback to refine sales approaches and identify new opportunities.
  • Negotiating and selling Must-have SKU's to ensure product availability.
  • Delivering high levels of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and support.
  • Addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field preferred.
  • Experience in sales in the FMCG industry.
  • Familiarity with pre-selling.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
  • Analytical mindset with ability to analyze market trends and data.
  • Collaborative spirit with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Customer-centric mindset with focus on delivering exceptional results.
  • Adaptable to changing market conditions.
  • Results-driven with track record of achieving sales targets and objectives.
  • Proficient in using sales CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Willingness to stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and best practices in sales.
  • Valid driving license to operate in UAE, Oman, Qatar, and Bahrain (Depending on country of application).
  • Thorough knowledge of sales routes geographically and customer database (Depending on country of application).
