Main Objectives:
  • Manage and optimize pool contracts to ensure timely replenishment of critical components and assets.
  • Oversee the repair cycle management process to reduce turnaround time and control costs.
  • Administer claim processes to maximize cost recovery of warranty parts and insurance items.
Main Duties:Pool Contract Management:
  • Manage pool contracts with service providers, ensuring compliance with service level agreements and quality standards.
  • Monitor pool contract performance, reviewing O&A charges and processing them within contractual timeframes.
Repair Cycle Management:
  • Coordinate with internal and external repair shops to meet timelines and quality expectations.
  • Develop strategies to reduce cost, repair turnaround times, and improve efficiency in the repair cycle process.
  • Dispose of scrapped parts in a timely manner and update the AMOS system accordingly.
3rd-Party Consignment and Exchange Management:
  • Manage the return of consigned parts and core units with 3rd-party providers within contractual terms.
  • Review recertification charges and process them within specified timeframes.
