The successful candidate will monitor and evaluate patient progress towards their nutritional goals and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care. A Bachelor's degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or a related field is required, along with a minimum of 2 years' experience as a Health Nutritionist in a clinical setting.
