Treasury Operations Manager Needed

We are looking for a skilled Treasury Operations Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all cash management functions, including cash concentration, wires, and account funding.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in corporate or banking finance, with experience in cash management, pension management, treasury, capital markets, and corporate finance. A Master's degree in Business Administration or Banking is required, along with relevant certifications such as Series 7 and Associate PRM.

You will oversee cash management banking and financial institution relationships, negotiate bank fees, and implement new bank technologies and services. You will also assist in establishing treasury operations policies and procedures and work closely with regional management on compliance to standards and controls.

You will support long-term capital markets activities, including public debt financings, and ensure adequate liquidity for working capital needs. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

This is a full-time position that requires at least 7 years of experience in a managerial level role.
