About the Position:
We're looking for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and has a keen interest in mixology. As a Drink Connoisseur and Host, you'll be responsible for creating memorable experiences for our guests by serving expertly crafted drinks and providing a warm welcome.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Serve drinks to a high standard
- Prepare and manage bar stock, inventory, and equipment
- Ensure the bar area is clean and well-maintained
- Handle cash and credit transactions
- Collaborate with restaurant colleagues to deliver seamless food service
Requirements:
- Ability to lift, push, and pull big objects up to 50lbs (23 kg)
- Strong communication skills
- Flexibility to work night, weekend, and holiday shifts
- Basic math skills
