About the Role

This role is critical in expanding our accounts penetration within assigned territories and markets to meet agreed sales targets and key business objectives. You will be responsible for effectively selling our products and services to existing and new dealers.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Establish and maintain positive business relationships with current and prospective dealers in assigned territories.
  2. Demonstrate products and services to customers and assist them in selecting the best fit for their needs.
  3. Promote, sell, and secure orders from customers using various approaches such as relationship-based selling.
  4. Monitor progress towards achieving short- and long-term sales and business objectives and take necessary actions to ensure success.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or relevant field.
  • Minimum 8 years of direct or indirect sales experience, preferably in distribution and building strong relationships with hypermarkets and electronic shops.
  • Strong communication skills in Arabic, English, and Hindi.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
