Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Assistant Training and Quality Manager to join our team at Royal Saray Resort. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a training and development role within the hospitality industry and excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

Main Duties:
  • Develop and implement training programs that meet the needs of all hotel departments.
  • Establish and maintain quality standards for all aspects of hotel operations.
  • Plan and execute regular internal audits to evaluate the hotel's adherence to quality standards.
  • Monitor guest feedback from various sources and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a training and development role within the hospitality industry.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
