Coffee Connoisseur

The Barista role at RESO is a critical part of our team's success. As a Coffee Connoisseur, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee and other beverages to our discerning customers.

Responsibilities include:

• Preparing and serving coffee, tea, and other beverages in a fast-paced environment;
• Providing exceptional customer service and responding to customer inquiries;
• Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, including cleaning and sanitizing equipment and utensils;
• Processing customer transactions and handling cash and credit payments;
• Working effectively as part of a team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals;

You will also be responsible for maintaining a safe and healthy work environment, adhering to all health and safety protocols, and reporting any incidents or concerns to management.
