As a member of our sales team, you will represent the company and its solutions, building and executing a territory plan to prioritize outreach and prospecting. You will develop new pipeline through outreach, prospecting, local marketing, and industry events, closing contracts to meet and exceed quarterly and annual bookings targets. Your success will depend on your ability to balance personal and team ambitions, collaborate well with people from different disciplines, and motivate yourself and others to achieve the best results.

To succeed in this role, you should have a bachelor's degree in engineering or computer science, experience with open source technology and solutions, and detail-oriented follow-up skills. Experience in enterprise software or technology sales planning and execution in the Telecoms DACH region is highly desirable, along with a track record of achievement in sales targets and new account wins. Self-discipline and motivation are essential for success in our distributed team.
