Store Leadership and Retail Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist the Store Manager in overseeing the day-to-day running of the store, driving sales, and maintaining high levels of customer care and quality control
• Forecast sales, focusing on productivity to meet sales goals and exceed budgeted managed contribution
• Identify current and future trends that appeal to consumers and maintain awareness of market trends in the same industry
• Receive regular vendor deliveries, stock the sales floor in a timely manner, and manage and control damages and loss in the store
• Comply with all SOPs as detailed in the operation manual, maintain discipline in the store at all times, and promote camaraderie among team members
Requirements:
• 3-5 years of experience in a similar role
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or any related field
• Good English communication and interpersonal skills
• Good knowledge in team management and financial skills
