Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the company's financial strategy, leveraging expertise in debt fund management, banking relations, and financial operations.
- Oversee debt fund management, structuring, and performance optimization, utilizing knowledge of capital markets and lending.
- Establish and nurture robust relationships with banks, credit unions, and institutional lenders to obtain competitive financing opportunities.
- Lead financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting processes, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and maintaining strong cash flow.
- Monitor and mitigate financial risks, including interest rate, credit, and regulatory exposures, through effective internal controls and audit processes.

Requirements:
- MBA, CA, or CPA degree in finance and accounting, with a focus on strategic finance and leadership.
- Fluency in GAAP and IFRS accounting standards, with expertise in financial modeling and analysis.
- Minimum 15 years of progressive experience in financial leadership roles, with a proven track record of success in debt fund management and financial operations.
