The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing HR initiatives that align with the overall business objectives, fostering a high-performance culture, and supporting organizational transformation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the HR strategy in line with the overall business objectives.
- Design and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to attract and retain top talent across the organization.
- Develop and implement performance management, compensation, and benefits programs.
- Lead organizational development initiatives, including organizational design, change management, and employee engagement.
- Build a strong employer brand and enhance employee experience.
- Provide HR advisory services to subsidiaries and business units.
- Manage employee relations and resolve conflicts effectively.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Develop and implement training and development programs to enhance employee capabilities.
- Collaborate with other departments to achieve organizational goals.
- Implement HR modules on an ERP system.
- Manage regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in human resources, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record in developing and implementing HR strategies.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
- Experience in organizational development and change management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in working with HRIS systems.
