Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Minimum 10+ years of experience in factory management, production, or FMCG manufacturing.
  • Strong knowledge of medical, personal hygiene, or pharmaceutical manufacturing processes.
  • Experience in setting up a new factory or leading factory scale-up is highly preferred.
  • Deep understanding of ISO, GMP, FDA, and industry regulations.
  • Proven track record in financial management, cost control, and supply chain oversight.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience in team development and operational efficiency.
  • Excellent problem-solving, strategic thinking, and decision-making abilities.
  • Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).
