About the Role

We're seeking a Senior Marketing Officer to join our team and drive impactful marketing initiatives that resonate with local audiences in Bahrain. As a key member of our regional marketing team, you will be responsible for planning and executing large-scale events, campaigns, and CSR projects that effectively engage the community and amplify our brand presence.

Your primary focus will be on developing and implementing offline marketing strategies that cater to the unique cultural nuances of Bahrain. This involves collaborating closely with local stakeholders, influencers, and community leaders to foster strong relationships and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and execute comprehensive event plans that align with our brand values and strategic marketing objectives;
  • Develop and implement offline marketing campaigns that effectively engage the local community and enhance brand visibility;
  • Cultivate relationships with local influencers, partners, and community leaders to strengthen our market presence and community integration;
  • Work closely with the Country Head to ensure seamless alignment with our broader marketing strategy;
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the local market, including its cultural context, consumer behaviors, and market trends.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 4-6 years of relevant marketing experience, particularly in event planning, campaign coordination, and execution within Bahrain or similar markets;
  • A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (a Master's degree is an added advantage);
  • Fluency in English and Arabic, with a strong understanding of the cultural nuances specific to Bahrain;
  • Proven ability in planning and executing large-scale events, coupled with robust organizational and project management skills;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, critical for cultivating relationships with diverse stakeholders and partners;
  • A dynamic and innovative approach to marketing, capable of adapting strategies to meet the unique challenges and opportunities of the local market.
