This job plays a crucial role in ensuring seamless communication between the organization and government authorities.

  • Act as the primary liaison between the company and various government agencies, including the Ministry of Labor and Immigration.

The incumbent will be responsible for processing and renewing work permits, residency permits, employment visas, exit/re-entry visas, and family visas to ensure compliance with regulations.

  • Maintain accurate records of all government-related transactions and ensure timely payment of duties and taxes when applicable.
Key Responsibilities
  • Government Compliance: Ensure the organization is compliant with all relevant labor laws, immigration regulations, and government policies.

The ideal candidate should have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and fluency in Arabic and English (written and verbal).

Proven experience as a Public Relations Officer (minimum 3 years) and familiarity with digital government portals are required.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong knowledge of labor law and immigration regulations.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English (written and verbal).
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Driving license with own vehicle.
