About the Role:

  • As a Store Supervisor, you will assist the Store Manager in leading a high-performing team, ensuring excellent sales performance, and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
  • You will lead by example, representing the brand's values and philosophy through all interactions with customers and colleagues.
  • Key responsibilities include managing schedules, achieving sales targets, maintaining shop and brand merchandising, and ensuring stock levels comply with Company policies and procedures.
  • You will also participate in projects and community events, stay updated on trends and products, and share feedback with the store manager and relevant stakeholders.
  • Additionally, you will foster a positive work environment based on trust, respect, and fairness, acting as the voice of employees when needed.
  • Your role involves communicating the organization's priorities, aligning the team with Group objectives, and assisting the Store Manager in defining areas of responsibility for each sales team member.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of one year of experience in Retail Management.
  • Strong leadership skills, ability to motivate and guide a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
