Senior CRM Consultant - Microsoft Dynamics 365

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior CRM Consultant to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of Cross-Functional Business Solutions in Microsoft Dynamics 365. As a key member of our team, you will leverage your expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) to drive business growth and enhance customer engagement.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Business Process Improvement, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions. Your technical expertise should include experience with Configuration and Customization of Dynamics 365 modules, as well as development and optimization of workflows, plugins, Power Automate flows, and custom applications. Additionally, you will be responsible for integrating Dynamics 365 CRM with other enterprise systems, ERP, and third-party applications.
