Responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining a thorough knowledge of the menu, daily specials, and beverage service.", "
  • Providing expertly served beverages and ensuring correct uniform standards are followed at all times.", "
  • Anticipating and serving guests' requirements in a professional and unobtrusive manner.", "
  • Presentation of menus and explanation of all menu items and specials of the day.", "
  • Ascertaining guest satisfaction and handling any problems or issues.", "
  • Reporting accidents or guest complaints immediately to a manager.", "
  • Maintaining a clean and safe working environment, adhering to HACCP standards.", "
  • Responding appropriately to hotel emergencies or safety situations.", "
  • BREAKDOWN BUFFETS, DISPLAYS, OR SIDE STATIONS AS NEEDED.", "
  • Attending all necessary briefings and training sessions as instructed by management.", "
  • Performing cash and credit card procedures according to accounting guidelines.", "

Qualifications:

  • Secondary school education completed.", "
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.", "
  • Hospitality-related degree or diploma.", "
  • Minimum 1-2 years experience as a waiter/waitress in a five-star hotel.", "
  • Proficiency in Business English at an advanced level.", "
  • Ability to work well under pressure and with attention to detail.", "
  • Previous experience in the Middle East is a plus.", "
