Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated individual to maintain and care for the plants, flowers, and grounds of our property. As a Gardener, you will be responsible for planting, watering, pruning, and fertilizing various types of plants and flowers, maintaining lawns and keeping them free of weeds, trimming trees and shrubs to maintain their shape and health, monitoring plant health and treating any diseases or pests as needed, operating and maintaining gardening equipment such as lawn mowers, trimmers, and leaf blowers, and assisting in landscape design projects when needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • a valid biometric passport (preferably from a country that allows visa-free entry)
  • physical fitness with the ability to lift heavy objects and work outdoors in various weather conditions
  • knowledge of different plant types, their care requirements, and common diseases/pests
  • attention to detail to ensure all areas are well-maintained and visually appealing
  • ability to work independently and as part of a team when needed
