Job Description:

About the Role:
The ideal candidate will have proven experience as a Chef, with demonstrated ability to lead and manage a kitchen team. They will be up-to-date on current food trends and best practices, and possess a passion for creating visually appealing dishes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and develop menus that showcase creativity and expertise
- Oversee all kitchen operations, ensuring staff efficiency and adherence to safety and sanitation regulations
- Lead and manage a kitchen team, fostering a positive and productive environment
- Stay on top of current food trends and best practices, keeping the menu innovative and exciting
- Identify and procure equipment needs to maintain a smooth-running kitchen

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Chef
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a kitchen team
- Up-to-date knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
- Passion for creating delicious and visually appealing food
- BS degree in Culinary Science or related certificate
