Sales Career Opportunities

Main Purpose of Job:

  • The primary objective of a Direct Sales Executive is to generate revenue by actively selling insurance products or policies directly to customers.
  • Engage with potential clients, understand their insurance needs, and effectively present and promote the insurance offerings provided.

The function of a direct sales executive entails the following:

  1. Produce new business by identifying and pursuing new leads.
  2. Persuade potential customers to purchase a product or service through effective communication and negotiation skills.
  3. Obtain referrals and leads from various sources, including lead generation activities.
  4. Contribute to department's function of collecting data and converting them into qualified leads then closing sales deals.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Serves customers by selling insurance products and providing excellent customer service.
  • Reach individuals in order to solicit sales for goods or services, and maintain a strong network of contacts.
  • Recommend changes in products, services, and policies by evaluating results and competitive developments.
  • Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to management.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of high school certification, preferably diploma and some form of work experience.
  • Proven sales experience with strong communication skills, good selling skills, and positive energy and teamwork ethos.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, as well as a good understanding of the services offered.
  • Be highly computer literate, particularly in Microsoft Office Products.
  • Able to persuade others to change their minds or behavior, and give full attention to what other people are saying.
