IT Fintech Trainee

We are looking for an IT Fintech Trainee to join our team at Zain Bahrain. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for assisting in providing support and maintenance for our fintech app and serving as a secondary level liaison between the company's eco-service providers.

This role is critical in ensuring seamless integration between our fintech app and other services required for facilitating innovative solutions and offerings. You will work closely with our Fintech Support Lead to assist in daily activities and projects, and collaborate with other teams to ensure the app is integrated with other systems and processes.

Main Responsibilities:

1. Assist in providing support and maintenance for the fintech app to ensure it operates efficiently and effectively.
2. Assist in acting as secondary liaison between the company and eco-service providers to ensure seamless integration and data exchange between systems.
3. Assist in monitoring and evaluating the performance of the fintech app and identifying areas for improvement.
4. Assist in testing and debugging the app to ensure it operates efficiently and effectively.
5. Collaborate with other teams to ensure the app is integrated with other systems and processes.
