Restaurant Service Professional
We are seeking a skilled Restaurant Service Professional to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional dining and beverage experiences for our guests.

Responsibilities include:
  • Maintaining thorough knowledge of the restaurant menu and daily specials.
  • Anticipating and meeting guests' requirements at all times.
  • Preparing the outlet ready for service according to established procedures.
  • Clearing and restocking service stations during service.
  • Serving food and beverages in a professional manner.
  • Presenting menus and explanations for all menu items.
  • Assuring guest satisfaction and handling any issues that may arise.
  • Reporting accidents or guest complaints to management promptly.
  • Checking expiration dates and storing perishable items according to HACCP standards.

Requirements
  • Secondary school education required.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Previous experience as a waiter/server in a five-star hotel essential.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and maintain attention to detail.
  • Fluency in English and proficiency in Arabic preferred.
