Credit Risk Support Specialist

The successful candidate will provide effective support to the GCC CAF processing and pre-GCC/GCC meetings. Key responsibilities include timely circulation of Credit Application Forms, tracking, follow-up and completion of GCC/HOCC voting process. Additionally, the job holder will manage GCC committee diaries and agendas, maintain GCC meeting minutes and action points, and provide periodic reporting to GCC on action items.

The Credit Support Officer will also be responsible for timely, accurate and complete credit reporting and management information. This includes monitoring and reporting of large exposures, KRIs/KPIs and ARC objectives reporting, annual reviews tracking and follow-up, and concentration thresholds monitoring report. The successful candidate should have good knowledge of credit systems and risk reporting.

  • Key Responsibilities:

  • Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 8 years in banking, with at least 4 years in a retail portfolio management role involving developing credit MIS reports;
  • 3-5 years' experience, preferably with an international bank;
  • A minimum of Bachelor's Degree with an element of MIS, Finance or equivalent;
  • Professional Certificate in Risk is preferred;
