Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Document Controller to manage project documents, create reports, and perform data entry tasks. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage project documents, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and security.
- Create detailed reports for construction managers and maintain backup systems.
- Update project documents as needed and distribute printed copies to relevant stakeholders.
- Convert paper documents to electronic formats for efficient storage and accessibility.
- Organize files by project for seamless retrieval and reference.
- Document meeting proceedings and upload relevant documents to the company website.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years' experience using software applications like Microsoft Office, construction management software, and document management systems.
- Candidates with an associate or bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, or construction management.
- Work experience handling administrative tasks for a construction company.
- Experience with managing MOH for social villas or related infrastructure projects.
- Strong command of the English language.
- Based in Bahrain.
