Job Summary
Anotech seeks a seasoned Lean Manufacturing Expert to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for streamlining production processes and driving efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Eliminate production wastes and achieve defined cycle times.
- Implement production planning by controlling flow through movers.
- Conduct time and motion studies to reduce cycle times and eliminate waste.
- Liaise with Quality Gates for inspection and defect resolution.
- Participate in daily production meetings.
- Ensure workers use personal protective equipment and handle products safely.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles.
- Expertise in production flow and cycle time optimization.
- Familiarity with Kanban, Min-Max, FIFO, and FEFO systems.
- Strong decision-making skills.
Education & Experience:
- Industrial engineer or graduate degree.
- 10 years of related experience in automotive or light engineering industries.
