As a Technical Sales Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing comprehensive sales strategies tailored to the desalination and water treatment market.

Your primary objective will be to effectively penetrate this market by identifying opportunities and engaging potential clients. This involves thorough analysis of customer needs, demonstrating the return on investment (ROI) of customer initiatives to foster trust and investment.

To achieve success, you will maintain and develop current customer relationships while actively building revenue through new customer acquisition. Establishing and nurturing strong relationships with key stakeholders in both current and prospective customer organizations is crucial.

You will provide technical support to customers, including identifying and resolving challenges related to water treatment systems. Problem-solving activities involve system analysis, interpreting data, and offering effective solutions.

Frequent communication of sales activities and progress to senior management through routine reports and meetings is essential.

For this position, we require:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in chemical engineering or chemistry
  • Ability to prioritize multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities efficiently
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills
  • Strong work ethic with a proven track record of success
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in water treatment chemical sales with relevant knowledge
  • Knowledge of green energy, emerging water treatment technologies, and sustainability practices
