Main Responsibilities:

• Maintain thorough knowledge of coffee recipes and ingredients.
• Ensure brewing equipment is in good working condition and report any issues promptly.
• Prioritize customer orders and preferences, providing attentive and personalized service.
• Embark on ongoing professional development to enhance your skills and stay up-to-date with industry trends.

Ideal Candidate Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Barista in a fast-paced cafe environment.
• Relevant certification as a Barista.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate others.
• Adequate knowledge of coffee preparation methods and techniques.

Bonus Requirements:

• Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
• Familiarity with computer programs and software.
