Cocktail Connoisseur

We are seeking an experienced Cocktail Connoisseur to create an amazing guest drinking experience.

• Support restaurant and kitchen operations to deliver seamless service with high customer satisfaction.
• Continually promote best practice within the restaurant and improve processes and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Attend meetings and training sessions as required by senior management.
• Take responsibility for the entire role, including supporting restaurant and kitchen operations.
• Always provide a friendly, courteous, and professional service.

Operations:

• Show in-depth knowledge of all menu and beverage list offerings to maximize sales opportunities.
• Understand beverage preferences, make recommendations, and take drink orders.
• Select and mix ingredients and serve beverages to customers, following brand standards.
• Read and understand orders coming through the EPOS system.
• Maintain all preparation and infusion stock with care.
• Take the order list in the morning and present it to the Senior/Head Bartender on duty.
• Always maintain a clean and tidy work environment.

Requirements and Skills:

• Proven working experience as a Bartender.
• Positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
