About the RoleThis role is part of our cross-disciplinary People function, which comprises organisational psychologists, engineers, statistics/analytics experts, talent science, and employee relations specialists. You'll join a team that's shaping the future of remote collaboration and leadership.
Your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement a comprehensive talent development program that enhances our leadership and people management practices in a remote setting.
You'll create and deliver core training programs, partnering with specialist vendors where necessary. You'll also establish leadership performance indicators and metrics, own our leadership skills matrix for performance management, talent assessment, succession planning, mentorship, virtual learning, and career development.
Additionally, you'll set up a global learning framework for training and career fulfillment and build and manage a new team of Talent Development specialists.
The ideal candidate will possess exceptional academic credentials, insight, and experience in what makes people successful in a globally remote tech company at the management level.
Demonstrated experience with strong insight and perspective on key conditions and practices that create high-performing teams is essential.
You'll be responsible for creating, leading, and executing strategy and driving change across the company. Strong business acumen, analytical and problem-solving skills, and experience in people management and budget accountability are required.
About YouWe're looking for someone who is willing to travel up to 4 times a year for internal events and has a willingness to relocate within the EMEA region.
