Operations Coordinator

We seek a highly organized and skilled administrator to oversee the day-to-day operations of our facilities.
- Coordinate facility operations, including managing personnel and maintaining facilities.
- Oversee procurement and maintenance to ensure facilities meet operational needs.
- Establish policies and procedures for events and facilities usage.
- C coordinate activities and events with other departments and external clients.
- Work with IT staff to ensure technological needs are met.
The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring facility usage, operations, and equipment maintenance. They will also prepare annual budgets for building use and facility maintenance.
