Project Manager of Execution

The Project Manager of Execution plays a pivotal role in overseeing project execution across various departments at the organization. A proactive individual is required to align project execution with strategic goals and ensure compliance with company policies and methodologies.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish Project Management Standards: Develop and maintain project management standards and processes to ensure consistent execution across projects.
  • Monitor Project Performance: Track project performance metrics and provide reports to senior management on project status and outcomes.
  • Facilitate Communication: Facilitate project kickoff meetings and ongoing updates to ensure alignment among cross-functional teams.
  • Risk Management: Identify risks and issues in project execution and lead mitigation and resolution efforts.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with project managers to support the successful delivery of projects within scope, budget, and timeline.
  • Centralized Tracking System: Develop and maintain a centralized project tracking system to capture project documentation, schedules, and budgets.
  • Training and Development: Support training and development initiatives for project managers and team members on project management best practices.
  • Lessons Learned: Conduct post-project evaluations to identify lessons learned and opportunities for process improvement.

Required Qualifications:
  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in project management, with experience in a PMO environment preferred.
  • Knowledge and Skills: Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools (Agile, Waterfall, etc.). Proficient in project management software and tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Trello).
  • Leadership and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
