As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of store operations to achieve business targets.

Sales Management

You will drive sales performance using commercial information and product knowledge. This involves implementing sales building initiatives across all departments through effective analysis of company commercial reports and visual layout.

  • Determine the strategy of the store to maximise sales and store opportunities.
  • Analyse relevant data to create the best strategy for the store.
Store Procedures

You will maintain cash policies, controlling shrinkage to an acceptable loss rate and applying all health and safety procedures in the store inclusive of the stockroom.

  • Manage the budgeted hours in the store effectively.
  • Design the ideal rota with adequate staff to ensure high productivity.
  • Competition awareness to give relevant feedback to appropriate parties.
People Management

You will supervise managers for controlling and managing stock, product rotation, orders, and devolutions.

  • Promote participatory management style and ensure a positive working environment exists within all departments.
  • Have clear, timely and effective communication with various departments.
Customer Service

You will provide input to companywide projects to ensure the brand can constantly improve performance.

  • Ensure a high level of customer service standards are consistently attained in the store in all departments.
Stock Management

You will ensure the store is compliant with all company initiatives.

  • Merchandise the store as per the brand guidelines, according to commercial trends.

A successful candidate will have 3-4 years of related professional experience in a supervisory role and relevant knowledge of the retail industry.
