Senior Developer Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Developer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality software applications using Java, J2EE, Spring, and other relevant technologies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Taking ownership of development tasks assigned
  • Ensuring delivery within tight timelines and meeting the team's expectations
  • Participating in the entire lifecycle of the development project
  • Understanding project requirements from leads and ensuring quality deliverables
  • Ensuring quality and optimized coding with proper documentation
  • Performing peer code reviews
  • Developing unit plans and performing unit testing to provide a continuously improved product experience
Requirements:
  • 2-5 years hands-on experience in pure technical roles in development of various software applications
  • In-depth knowledge and application of Java, J2EE, Spring, Spring Boot, HTML/CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Servlets, JDBC, Struts framework, and EJB
  • Thorough understanding of usage of fundamental concepts of Java and J2EE
  • Exposure to industry-standard databases (Oracle) on UNIX platforms with awareness of database design and SQL scripting knowledge and performance tuning
  • Awareness of unit testing frameworks like JUnit or TestNG
  • Awareness of application servers/webservers (JBoss and Tomcat)
