This is a key role within the Student Life and Student Management team, responsible for establishing and maintaining a safe and disciplined environment conducive to learning. The successful candidate will act as an advisor for students, parents, and teachers on all student management-related issues and behavioral matters.
The primary responsibilities of this role include overseeing the Student Management team, mentoring and advising students with behavioral issues, investigating reasons for recurring behavioral issues, and assigning consequences focused on helping students learn proper behavior.
A strong emphasis is placed on tracking lateness, absences, and skipping, and finding solutions to ensure students are at school, in class, maximizing their learning. This role also involves developing supervision schedules to monitor the whole school at all times, ensuring accurate data entry into the SABIS School Management System, and conducting regular safety drills and emergency procedures.
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, proficiency in English, and a minimum of 3 years of experience in a relevant field. Key skills and qualifications include professional behavior, delivering results, continuous learning, accountability, communication, collaboration, time management, leadership, and problem-solving.
